  • 15 pcs 15 Fresh Shrimp, Deveined, with heads removed but do not remove the tail

  • Spring Roll Wrappers

  • 1 tsp 1 Salt

  • 1 tsp 1 Ground Black Pepper

  • 1 tsp 1 Garlic Powder

  • Sweet Chili Sauce, For dipping

  • 1 pc 1 Egg, To Seal

  • Lemon, To Garnish

Instructions:

    Remove the heads from the shrimp and devein them carefully, ensuring thd tails remain intact
    Cut the underside (the belly side) of the shrimp slightly to help keep them straight. Be cautious not to cut all the way through.
