  • 1 piece 1 Red Bell Pepper, Deseeded and roughly chopped

  • 2 pieces 2 Cayenne Peppers, (adjust based on spice preference) or substitute with any spicy red pepper

  • 1 piece 1 Yellow Onion

  • 6 – 8 6 – 8 Cloves of Garlic

  • 2 cups 2 Water

  • 1 tsp 1 Salt

  • 1.2 tsp 1.2 White Ground Pepper

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 White Sugar

  • 1 1/2 tbsp 1 1/2 Cornstarch, Mixed with 4 tablespoons water

Instructions:

  • Prepare the Base In a blender, combine the red bell pepper, cayenne peppers, onion, garlic, and water. Blend until the mixture becomes completely smooth. This forms the flavor-packed base of your sauce.
